These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ezvip ("ezvip", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ezvip online casino and sports betting platform at ezvip.asia. ezvip operates a real-money gaming platform. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ezvip supports the following payment methods, among others: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Available methods may change from time to time.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ezvip platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

Upon termination for cause, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be forfeited. Deposit balances remaining after the satisfaction of any outstanding obligations may be returned to the player, subject to completed verification and applicable AML checks.
Players may close their ezvip account voluntarily at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to account closure, any pending wagering requirements must be addressed and any open game rounds must be resolved. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ezvip platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any platform content without ezvip's prior written consent.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be submitted to ezvip's customer support team for resolution.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process within thirty (30) days of submission, the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine regulatory authority or to binding arbitration conducted under Philippine arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
You agree that any claim arising from your use of the ezvip platform must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, failing which the claim shall be permanently barred.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
